Welcome New MLSs and Associations

Yesterday, in a press release we announced that seven new MLSs and Associations have joined the Point2 Agent network.

We want to extend a warm Point2 welcome to these newcomers:

  • North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS)
  • Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®
  • San Antonio Board of REALTORS®
  • Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®
  • Alaska MLS
  • Victor Valley Association of REALTORS®
  • Lexington, Buena Vista, Rockbridge Association of REALTORS® MLS

Have you ever wondered what’s all involved in having your MLS or Association join the Point2 Agent network?

What does Point2 do for MLSs and Associations?

We take a listing feed from the MLS and then go to work, syndicating listings on behalf of the Association members to our large syndication network.  Point2 Agent pushes out all the listings in the MLS for maximum exposure.

The potential to never have to enter your listings more than once is a very possible reality if your MLS joins Point2.  You’d enter your listings at your MLS and they would be automatically imported to your Point2 Agent account, and syndicated for you.  Of course, you would still maintain complete control over where your listings are displayed and receive the stats and leads generated from all syndication partner sites.

Point2 has a ton of information available about how Point2 Agent works for your MLS and we would be happy to provide this to your MLS freely.

You can direct your MLS to our website here for additional information and to contact us for a free online demonstration and to answer any questions they may have.

GET THE GEORGIA MLS ON BOARD

  2. The Palm Beach County MLS wants to charge me $400 for me to be able to do this. They apparently have issues with Point 2. Any clues?

  3. Megan says:

Alan – we invite any and all MLS’s and Associations to use the Point2 syndication network. You can let your MLS or Association representative know you’re interested in Point2 and have them contact us for more information.

Josefina – we’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced some obstacles to having Point2 work directly with your MLS. We’d love to address any concerns, so please feel free to have your MLS or Association representative contact us directly via the form found on this page: http://agent.point2.com/about/MLSsAndAssociations.asp

    Best of luck!

  4. I agree with Alan Fischer, GEORGIA MLS and the FIRST MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (FMLS) should definitely be on board with Point2. You guys offer so much syndication. Is there a cost associated with the real estate boards joining the Point2 network?

    • Chris says:

      Hey Monifa,

Thanks for the comment! To answer your question, it does not cost a single penny for MLSs and Association to offer Point2 Agent syndication to their membership :)

If you would like to see your MLS or Association on board, you can direct them to this web page which has information on how they can join.
